By downloading the App from the Google Play Store and using it, you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

BondQuest grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on any Android devices you own or control, subject to these terms. You may not share, rent, lease, or redistribute the App without prior written consent.

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App.
• Not use the App in any manner that could harm or disrupt its functionality.

BondQuest is not obligated to provide maintenance or support for the App. Any support inquiries should be directed to support@bondquest.in.

The App does not currently allow users to submit content. If we introduce features that allow user-generated content, you agree that any content you submit will comply with our guidelines and not infringe on any third-party rights.

BondQuest’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be free from errors or that it will function without interruptions.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
